Project Summary:
After Izzy’s friends ditch her and her high school dance audition flops, her parents send her to a summer Hip-Hop/Lindy Hop Dance camp in Sweden. There, despite new friendships and a shot at romance going south, she discovers self-empowerment, home, and the essence of friendship through the guidance of a wise peer and a jazz dance mentor, reconnecting with her Black heritage along the way.
