Polly, an eleven-year-old girl, reunites with her father, Nate, who just got out of jail. They are in danger because a gang wants to kill Nate, and they have already murdered Polly’s mother. To protect Polly, Nate takes her into a life of crime, constantly avoiding the gang and the police. Polly must quickly grow up, learning to fight and even participate in illegal activities. Despite the dangers, their bond strengthens, and Nate learns to love unconditionally. Can they escape their dangerous life and find a peaceful future?
