Project Summary:
At a remote and secretive NSA base, a young female intelligence analyst and a veteran contractor intercept what can only be described as electronic voice phenomena. Through their investigation they soon learn that what they heard is the voice of a forgotten victim who may be linked to a recent disappearance.
