A whimsical tale follows Zoe Turner, a free-spirited British art teacher smitten with rebel Jean-Louis. Plans for a romantic getaway shattered, Zoe pursues Jean-Louis in the scenic Cévennes with the help of Napoleon the donkey. Through encounters with new friends and challenges, Zoe reevaluates her life, finding unexpected joys and rediscovering her zest for life.
