Project Summary:
In “Fool,” a historic comedy set in 16th century England after Henry VIII’s death, Queen Mary I forms an unlikely friendship with her court jester, Jane Foole. As Cardinal Pole schemes for control, Mary finds solace in Jane’s humor, which helps navigate the country’s turmoil. Can Jane’s comedy prevent civil war?
