Project Summary:
15 year old Wayne does not kowtow to authority and he doesn’t particularly believe in private property – unless it’s his own. In fact, Wayne seems to regard all laws as irritating impediments to his will, and he’s inclined to follow his will at all times, no matter the consequences. After his cancer-riddled father finally dies, Wayne loads up a dirt-bike, burns down his rental house, scoops up his girlfriend Del and heads down the road from Massachusetts to Florida – because he’s got property in Florida, and God help the assholes who stand in his way.
