An entrepreneurial couple turns their garage into an additional dwelling unit (ADU) to build a nest egg for their upcoming baby. Their tenant starts off as a seemingly friendly young guy, but becomes increasingly strange and threatening over time, causing the couple’s suburban life to fall apart as secrets and lies are exposed.
