Charlie Heller, a skilled cryptographer working for the Company, leads a quiet life in a back office. However, when terrorists brutally murder his fiancee and the Agency chooses not to pursue the culprits, Heller’s life takes a drastic turn. Despite not being a blackmailer or an assassin, Heller decides to take matters into his own hands and force the CIA to act.
