Project Summary:
After serving a year in prison for assault, Nick Bianco sets his sights on reuniting with the love of his life, only to find she has a new suitor named Chester — who is also his parole officer. Chester has the power to send Nick back to prison at the blink of an eye, a power he ruthlessly wields over every parolee in his charge.
