Project Summary:
In the late 1950s, Sylvie, engaged to be married to a young man from a good family, and Robert, a jazz musician with an up-and-coming band, fall deeply in love but when Sylvie decides not to follow Robert to Paris. She gets married to her fiance and settles into a suburban life, while Robert travels the country with his band.
