The Transplant, a Series to be directed by Jeremy Spry, starts filming in May in Montréal, Canada. The project is being developed by Datsit Sphere Productions, Bell Media and NBCUniversal International Television. Producers Jeremy Spry, Virginia Rankin, Bruno Dube, Tara Woodbury, Jocelyn Deschenes, Anne-Marie Leveille and Joseph Kay are helming the production.
Project Synopsis:
A drama series, set in Toronto, about a Syrian refugee whose medical skills are not recognized in the country that has taken him in, and how he braves personal & professional challenges while trying to build a life for himself in a new country.
